Cancellation Policy
📜 Studio Rental Policy 1. Reservation and Access The studio can be booked exclusively online. After confirmation, you will receive all instructions and reminders related to your reservation by text message and email. The studio is accessible 24/7 for the duration of the reservation. Upon arrival, the client must call us to enter the building. 2. Use of the Studio The studio is equipped with acoustic panels, complete soundproofing, customizable lighting, and a reinforced security system. The client and/or their band may: 🎶 Play, rehearse, jam, practice, record, or compose. The client is responsible for their guests throughout the reservation. 3. Duration The reservation entitles you to use the premises for a full 24 hours. At the end of this period, the client must vacate the premises in good condition. 4. Cleanliness and Inventory The studio must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival. Any damage will be charged to the booking guest. If additional cleaning is required, a $150 fee will be applied. 5. No refunds will be issued if you miss your day.
